On the Ground in Queensland: Connecting with Our Mining Teams

We recently spent time in Queensland, with Managing Director Kelly Burke and Director of Operations Seamus McHugh joining our local team for visits across mining sites.

Travelling from Adelaide, Seamus took the opportunity to meet with our crews, strengthen working relationships and gain firsthand insight into our operations. The visits provided an opportunity to see our machinery in action, observe site activities and connect with the people delivering work on the ground.
Seamus also had the opportunity to get behind the controls and experience the machinery firsthand, gaining further insight into the equipment and its role in daily operations.
At CivKura, we believe strong operational outcomes are built through active leadership, effective communication and close engagement with our teams. Regular site visits allow us to better understand operational requirements, maintain strong working relationships and ensure we remain connected to the people and projects we support.
We value the opportunity to spend time with our Queensland team and recognise their contribution to our ongoing operations. Their experience, commitment and teamwork remain an important part of what we deliver.
Good people, strong connections and a shared commitment to getting the job done. That's what makes a great day on the ground.
